Refund Policy
1. General Policy
At Mellow Space Boutique Rooms, we strive to provide the best hospitality experience. By making a reservation with us, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that reservation.
2. Cancellation Rules
2.1. Standard/Flexible Rates
Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Late Cancellation: If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
2.2. Non-Refundable Rates
For bookings marked as "Non-Refundable," the full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, modifications, or failure to arrive.
2.3. Peak Season Policy (Optional)
During the Peak Season November 1 to March 30, all reservations are non-refundable and require full prepayment.
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date ("No-Show"), 100% of the total booking cost will be charged, and the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled automatically.
4. Early Departure
In case of early departure (checking out before the scheduled departure date), the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the remaining stay .
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (i.e., the credit card used for booking).
Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We are not responsible for any currency exchange differences or bank fees imposed by your bank.
